35 kV Three-Phase Dual-Winding On-Load Tap-Changing Power Transformer


This power transformer meets the Level 2 energy efficiency requirements of the GB 20052–2020 national energy efficiency standard. It is an independently designed and developed product of our company, featuring a core made from high-performance, high-permeability silicon steel laminations and employing advanced manufacturing processes. Through optimized and innovative design of both the core and winding structures, it achieves reduced losses and noise levels while delivering electrical performance that is among the most advanced in China. The burr height on the silicon steel laminations is controlled to below 0.01 mm, resulting in a low process coefficient. The windings are wound with oxygen-free copper enameled wire, and the winding and tank insulation adopt a novel structure developed in-house by our company, ensuring excellent ampere-turn balance, high longitudinal capacitance, improved electric field distribution under impulse conditions, and enhanced impulse withstand and short-circuit resistance. The transformer adopts an integral oil-tank structure with high-quality plate-type radiators, which not only guarantees excellent heat dissipation but also significantly reduces the overall footprint while enhancing the aesthetic appearance.
