Technical Data for 10 kV Class S22 Three-Phase Dual-Winding No-Excitation Voltage-Regulating Distribution Transformer (Level 1 Energy Efficiency)

This oil-immersed transformer meets the Level 2 energy efficiency requirement of the GB 20052-2020 energy efficiency standard. Developed by our company, it leverages high-permeability, high-performance electrical steel sheet materials and incorporates newly researched and applied manufacturing processes. Through optimized and innovative design of the core and winding structures, it achieves reduced losses and noise, making it an independently developed product of our company. With low losses and low noise, its noise level is on average 20% lower than that specified in the current national standard JB/T 10088-2016, bringing its performance to an advanced domestic level. The energy-saving effect is significant, improving power quality and supply reliability, and making it an environmentally friendly, green, energy-efficient device. The winding ampere-turn distribution is balanced, leakage flux is minimal, mechanical strength is high, and short-circuit withstand capability is strong.
