Product Features

Our company’s 35 kV distribution transformers, power transformers, and on-load tap-changing transformers are designed to meet all electrical performance requirements stipulated in GB 1094 and GB/T 6451. The core is made of high-permeability silicon steel laminations, with burr control during lamination processing kept below 0.01 mm and a process factor no greater than 1.1. The windings utilize oxygen-free copper enameled wire, ensuring excellent winding balance and high longitudinal capacitance, which optimizes the electric field distribution under switching surges and enhances the transformer’s lightning impulse withstand capability. The winding-to-tank insulation and tank-to-frame insulation both employ a novel structure developed in-house by our company, significantly improving electrical performance and short-circuit withstand strength. The use of high-quality plate-type finned radiators for the oil tank not only ensures excellent heat dissipation but also substantially reduces the overall transformer footprint while enhancing its aesthetic appearance.
