Case Description

Structural Features

1. The baghouse dust collector for the inflatable cabinet is equipped with a high-quality stainless steel casing that is 2 mm thick.

2. The stainless steel plates are formed by fiber laser cutting and then welded using state-of-the-art robotic welding systems, ensuring the dust collector’s airtight seal.

3. The gas compartment is filled with SF6 gas and undergoes synchronous vacuum packaging for leak detection. All active components of the power switchgear, including high-voltage load switches, grounding switch power supply switches, circuit breaker insulating sleeves, and busbars, are sealed within a stainless steel gas compartment. The enclosure’s ingress protection rating reaches IP67, and the dust collector is equipped with a glass diaphragm that allows internal pressure to be safely vented through the lower explosion-proof port when the internal pressure of the switchgear exceeds a specified threshold, thereby effectively preventing damage to personnel, cables, and other switchgear within the substation.
