Structural Features
The ZGS-7·G modular transformer for photovoltaic power generation consists of three sections: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer body, and the low-voltage compartment, arranged in a “well” or “L” configuration.
High-voltage live parts and high-voltage cables shall be separated by dedicated partitions and equipped with electromagnetic locking devices to facilitate installation and maintenance; the high-voltage load switch shall be a two-position oil-immersed type, with full-range protective fuses of the plug-in type for protection; furthermore, the high-voltage components and the transformer core shall be housed in the same oil tank.
The transformer core adopts a common-tank structure, with high- and low-voltage bushings arranged on the side for convenient direct connection to high- and low-voltage switchgear. The plug-in fuse is mounted on the top of the tank, effectively reducing the installation footprint. Radiators are installed on the sides of the transformer tank, providing excellent heat dissipation; they can be configured in either an open or a closed design.
This product is a low-voltage double-winding transformer. Its axial double-split design not only limits short-circuit current but also reduces capital construction investment.
No leakage: each tank has undergone a 50 kPa/12-hour sealing test to ensure there is no oil leakage.
The equipment enclosure is coated using a rigorous painting process, delivering excellent outdoor weather resistance and meeting the corrosion protection requirements of harsh environments such as high altitudes and areas with severe salt spray.
The transformer radiator is in direct contact with the ambient air, resulting in excellent heat dissipation.
