A modular transformer for wind power generation is a transformer that integrates the high-voltage step-up transformer core, switchgear, fuses, tap changers, and associated auxiliary equipment into a single unit. The 12 kV load-break switch-type cable distribution box is one of our company’s series of cable distribution boxes. It is developed by integrating switching equipment into the conventional distribution box, which facilitates maintenance and control, reduces the area affected by power outages during maintenance, and makes it an ideal choice for modern cable distribution applications. The enclosure is fabricated from 2 mm-thick imported stainless steel plate (or, upon customer request, from cold-rolled steel), with a well-designed structure that ensures independent compartments for each functional unit, separated by partitions to prevent mutual interference. The distribution box is equipped with a “five-protection interlocking” mechanism to prevent misoperation.
