YZGGD-Type AC Low-Voltage Fixed Distribution Cabinet

Case Description

Structural Features

It features high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical configurations, convenient modular assembly, strong series standardization and practicality, and a novel structural design. The rated current can be increased to 2,000 A, making it suitable for distribution transformers with ratings of 1,250 kVA and below.

The cabinet primarily uses domestically manufactured electrical components that are already in mass production and feature stable manufacturing processes; imported components can also be installed.

The HD13BX and HS13BX rotary-operation knife switches are specialized components designed to meet the unique structural requirements of GGD cabinets. They feature a modified operating mechanism while retaining the advantages of earlier models, making them highly practical electrical components.

The busbar clamp is thermoformed from a high-strength, highly flame-retardant alloy material, offering excellent dielectric strength.

The frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel sections.

The cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic epoxy powder coating, which offers strong adhesion and a premium texture. The cabinet’s protection rating is IP3X.
