35kV Prefabricated Substation
Case Description
Structural Features
A packaged substation consists of three main sections: the high-voltage compartment, the low-voltage compartment, and the transformer. The Huashi-type packaged substation is primarily used as a step-up transformer for new-energy power generation. Its distinctive structural feature—setting the transformer outside the substation enclosure—effectively addresses transformer cooling by leveraging natural environmental conditions to rapidly dissipate the heat generated by the transformer itself. The transformer is connected to the substation enclosure via side-mounted bushings, while internal partitions within the enclosure separate the high-voltage and low-voltage compartments. This design makes it an ideal solution for new-energy power-generation applications.
