Structural Features

Solid-insulated, fully enclosed switchgear is a type of switchgear in which solid insulating materials serve as the primary insulation medium. The vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers, conductive connections, disconnect switches, earthing switches, main busbars, branch busbars, and other key conductive circuits are either individually or in combination encapsulated and sealed within a solid insulating medium, forming one or more functionally integrated modules that are fully insulated and fully sealed and can be further reconfigured or expanded. The surfaces of these modules that are accessible to personnel are coated with a conductive or semi-conductive shielding layer and directly and reliably grounded, thereby constituting a ring main unit.

1. All main circuit modules that are touchable and within easy reach of a single operator are equipped with a grounding grid, coated with a conductive shielding layer, and directly and reliably grounded, thereby eliminating risks during non-essential maintenance and ensuring absolute safety for users during operation and maintenance.

2. Solid insulation technology: no SF6 gas insulation, no greenhouse gases, and absolutely environmentally friendly.

3. Modular design: a circuit breaker and a three-position isolating switch with an earthing device, featuring a compact footprint, a streamlined structure, and convenient operation and maintenance.

4. A comprehensive and perfect series of solutions—offering versatile combination options with two structural configurations, top-and-bottom isolation, to meet a wide range of customer requirements.

5. Expansion and retrofitting: The on-site implementation allows for various configuration combinations to be expanded, and the 375-width design is specifically tailored for direct replacement of existing SF6 products.
