10 kV Class S11 Three-Phase Dual-Winding No-Excitation Voltage-Regulating Distribution Transformer

The core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with all joints lapped at a 45-degree angle and assembled in a stepped, staggered configuration using a five-step progressive die-forming process. This significantly reduces no-load losses and no-load current, as well as active and reactive no-load losses. The windings are wound with high-quality oxygen-free copper enameled wire, resulting in low load losses. The ratio of no-load loss to load loss is carefully optimized during design, ensuring high transformer efficiency under heavy-load operation. The winding ampere-turn balance is excellent, minimizing electromagnetic forces; reinforced end insulation provides enhanced support for the windings, improving short-circuit withstand capability and ensuring safe, reliable operation. The compact structure and small footprint reduce construction costs. The S11(M) designation indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed design. Compared with conventional oil-immersed distribution transformers, the fully sealed design eliminates the conservator tank; the corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plates on a dedicated production line, allowing the corrugations to expand and contract in response to changes in the transformer oil volume. This completely isolates the transformer from the atmosphere, effectively preventing and reducing oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption, thereby enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for routine maintenance during normal operation.

Product Features

The core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with all joints lapped at a 45-degree angle and stacked in a stepped configuration, employing a five-step progressive die-forming process. This significantly reduces no-load losses and no-load current, as well as active and reactive no-load losses. The windings are wound using high-quality oxygen-free copper enameled wire, resulting in low load losses. The “M” in S11(M) denotes a fully sealed oil-immersed design. Compared with conventional oil-immersed distribution transformers, the fully sealed type eliminates the conservator tank; the corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel sheets on a dedicated production line, allowing the corrugations to expand and contract in response to changes in the transformer oil volume. This completely isolates the transformer from the atmosphere, effectively preventing and reducing oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption, thereby enhancing operational reliability and eliminating the need for routine maintenance during normal operation.
