Case Description
The Yb-series prefabricated substation (commonly referred to as the “European-style substation”) is a type of prefabricated substation in which the high-voltage switchgear, power transformer, and low-voltage distribution equipment are compactly integrated within a single enclosure according to a specified wiring configuration.
This product series is designed for both outdoor and indoor installation and is widely used in residential communities, industrial and mining facilities, high-rise buildings, railway stations, ports, parks, shopping malls, railways, and temporary construction sites.
This product series features a compact footprint, small overall size, streamlined design, aesthetically pleasing appearance, ease of maintenance, short production, installation, and commissioning cycles, no need for dedicated on-site personnel, and high economic efficiency. In particular, it can be deployed deep within the load center, playing a crucial role in improving power supply quality, reducing energy losses, enhancing the safety and reliability of the power supply system, and facilitating the renovation of distribution networks.
In addition to complying with the relevant standards for each individual component, this product series also conforms to GB/T 17467, “Prefabricated High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Substations.”
Structural Features
The cabinet frame of this product series is constructed from channel steel and angle steel, providing high mechanical strength and enabling whole-unit lifting and transportation.
The enclosure can be fabricated from stainless steel sheet, color-coated composite panel, glass-fiber-reinforced cement, or other materials as specified by the customer. The product boasts an elegant and sophisticated appearance, along with excellent corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and noise reduction properties.
Each room is partitioned by baffles to create independent compartments, and the transformer room is equipped with an automated condensation-prevention, temperature-controlled ventilation system.
To facilitate monitoring and maintenance, lighting fixtures are installed in the transformer room, low-voltage room, and high-voltage room.
