Case Description

Structural Features

1. The baghouse dust collector for the inflatable cabinet shall be equipped with a high-quality stainless steel casing with a thickness of 2 mm.

2. The stainless steel plates are formed by fiber laser cutting and then welded using state-of-the-art robotic welding systems, ensuring the dust collector’s airtight seal.

3. The gas chamber is filled with SF6 gas and undergoes synchronous vacuum packaging and leak testing. All active components of the switchgear—such as high-voltage load switches, grounding switch power supply switches, circuit breaker insulating sleeves, and busbars—are sealed within a stainless-steel gas chamber. The enclosure’s ingress protection rating reaches IP67, and the dust collector is equipped with a glass diaphragm that allows for pressure relief through a bottom-mounted explosion-proof vent when the internal pressure of the switchgear exceeds a specified threshold, thereby effectively preventing damage to personnel, cables, and other switchgear within the substation.
