35kV Combined Transformer for Wind Power Generation
Case Description
Product Features
The ZGS-Z-F wind-power combined transformer consists of three sections: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer body, and the low-voltage compartment, arranged in a “well” or “L” configuration. The high-voltage live parts and high-voltage cables are separated by individual insulating partitions and equipped with electromagnetic locking devices to facilitate installation and maintenance; the high-voltage load switch is a two-position oil-immersed load switch.
The product features plug-in, full-range protective fuses for protection, and the high-voltage assembly is housed in the same oil tank as the transformer core. The transformer core adopts a common-tank structure, with high- and low-voltage bushings arranged on the side for convenient direct connection to high- and low-voltage switchgear. The plug-in fuses are mounted on the top of the transformer core, effectively reducing the installation footprint. Cooling fins are installed on the sides of the transformer core, providing excellent heat dissipation; these fins can be configured either as open-type or closed-type installations.
No leakage: each tank undergoes a 50 kPa/12-hour sealing test to ensure tightness and zero leakage.
Box-type combined transformers with dry-type bushings for the high-voltage side offer convenient wiring, allow for a greater number of high-voltage incoming and outgoing circuits, and feature lower costs.
The equipment enclosure is coated using a rigorous painting process, providing excellent outdoor weather resistance.
The transformer is equipped with a dedicated cooling system, ensuring excellent heat dissipation.
