35kV Combined Transformer for Photovoltaic Power Generation (American-Type)
Case Description
Product Features
The ZGS-Z-G modular transformer for photovoltaic power generation consists of three sections: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer body, and the low-voltage compartment, arranged in a “well” or “L” configuration. The high-voltage live parts and high-voltage cables are separated by individual insulating partitions and equipped with electromagnetic locking devices to facilitate installation and maintenance; the high-voltage load switch is a two-position oil-immersed load switch.
The product is protected by plug-in, full-range protective fuses, and the high-voltage components are housed in the same oil tank as the transformer core.
The transformer core adopts a common-tank structure, with high- and low-voltage bushings arranged on the side for convenient direct connection to high- and low-voltage switchgear. The plug-in fuse is mounted on the top of the tank, effectively reducing the installation footprint. Radiators are installed on the sides of the transformer tank, providing excellent heat dissipation; they can be configured in either an open or a closed design.
No leakage: each tank undergoes a 50 kPa/12-hour sealing test to ensure tightness and zero leakage.
Box-type combined transformers with dry-type bushings for the high-voltage side offer convenient wiring, allow for a greater number of high-voltage incoming and outgoing circuits, and feature lower costs.
The equipment enclosure undergoes a rigorous coating process with an iodine-based finish, providing excellent outdoor weather resistance and meeting the corrosion protection requirements of harsh environments such as high altitudes and areas with severe salt spray.
The transformer’s heat-dissipating fins are in direct contact with the ambient air, resulting in excellent heat dissipation.
